Norfolk, Va. – An accident has been reported in Norfolk involving a pedestrian and a vehicle, NewsChannel 3 has learned.
It happened Thursday morning at the intersection of Colonial Avenue and West Olney Road in Norfolk.
The call came in at 7:03 a.m., according to police dispatch.
Police and medics responded to the scene.
