Virginia Beach, Va. – Several videos are surfacing on social media of a local brass band band playing in the middle of I-264 during a traffic backup Saturday night.
Around 8:30 p.m., a two-vehicle crash shut down the westbound lanes of I-264 for about an hour.
Members of the Hot Gumbo Brass Band who stuck in the jam decided to put on a different kind of jam in the meantime.
