Chesapeake, Va. – A Chesapeake man is wanted for a probation violation, police tell NewsChannel 3.
The underlying charge is Possession of Cocaine, they say.
The man is identified as 25-year-old James D. Mills. He is described as a white male, 6’1, and 170 pounds.
