Chesapeake, Va. - Two 18-year olds are facing charges after allegedly vandalizing Grassfield High School Thursday night.

Students say it was all part of a senior prank that they think went too far as they walked into Grassfield High School Friday morning to vulgar graffiti spray-painted on the walls at the front of the school. Curse words were written on the school's sign and yarn unraveled all across the parking lot.

"It's a stupid prank really," said Senior Will Matos. "What does that say about our class? What does that say about us as a school? What does that say about us as a community. I mean, it's just a little ridiculous."

Matos actually took action Friday afternoon to help a Chesapeake employee clean up the yarn in the student parking lot.

"Somebody has to be apologetic," he said. "I didn't do anything but at the same time, people that work for the school shouldn't have to clean it up."

Chesapeake School officials say the vandalism happened sometime Thursday night and they are investigating who is involved. Chesapeake Police are also taking action and already getting results, arresting two teens on charges of felony vandalism and trespassing. However, police have not confirmed if those teens are students or not. More arrests may come.
