Pedestrian hit and run under investigation in Norfolk

Norfolk, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating a hit and run incident that occurred Sunday night around 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of Azalea Garden Road and E. Princess Anne Road.

The victim, a 57-year-old man, stepped into the traffic lane and was hit by a burgundy four-door car. The car then drove off.

The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what appears to be a non-life threatening injury.
