Chesapeake, Va. — Chesapeake Police are seeking help in identifying four individuals involved in stealing a woman’s belongings.
On May 14, 2015, a woman reported her wallet stolen from a department store located in the 1500 block of Sam’s Circle.
The wallet was removed from her purse that was lying inside a shopping cart when she turned away. The victim’s credit card was used shortly thereafter to make fraudulent purchases at two nearby stores.
A valuable ring was inside the wallet and taken as well.
