Man stabbed during argument in Hampton

Hampton, Va. – A man is recovering after he was stabbed twice during an argument in Hampton.

Officials received calls about the incident on June 28th at 3:29 a.m.

This happened in the 100 block of George Way.

When police arrived, they found the victim who had two stab wounds.

He was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police say the victim and a suspect got into a verbal altercation and that’s when the stabbing occurred.

The suspect ran away from the scene after the incident.

Police say the victim was not cooperating with them, but they are still investigating.
