Paul D. Camp Community College and TCC partner up for new art degree option

Hampton Roads, Va.- Paul D. Camp and Tidewater Community Colleges are allowing students with a complete General Education Certificate at PDCCC to transfer 33 credits to TCC for a Associate of Applied Arts in Studio Arts.

“Large numbers of students in Suffolk enroll every year in TCC’s  Associate of Applied Arts in Studio Arts, “said PDCCC Vice President of Academic and Student Development.

The studio arts program gives students the experience in the studio and prepares them for employment in art-related places.

The partnership allows the students to earn a general education certificate and a A.A.A in studio art. Program also provides specializations in photographic media arts, glass and pre-art therapy.  The program will increase educational opportunities for students , affordable cost with the collaboration with two community colleges partnering up.
