Virginia Beach, Va. – Virginia is welcoming the first Virginia Jerk Fest 2015 in Virginia Beach.
The Caribbean People Organization, Inc. is sponsoring this diverse festival. There will be a variation of arts and crafts, a jerk food cook-off, and of course live entertainment.
This new festival will be taking place at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex on Saturday, July 25th from noon to 10 p.m. The Jerk Fest is open to the public, but there is a fee. Adults are $10, children (ages 6-12) are $5, and anyone under age 5 is free.
All proceeds collected from this festival will go towards Domestic Violence Awareness.
