Norfolk, Va. – Have you seen the man in the photo?
If so, police need your help to locate him.
Donta Bailey, 25, was last seen on 7/6/2015 just before 7 p.m. near Norfolk State University.
He is known to frequent the Diggs Town Community, Huntersville and the area around Norfolk State.
He also frequents the McDonald’s on E. Princess Anne Road.
