Virginia Beach, Va. -Three people need a new place to stay after their apartment was damaged when fire broke out inside of a nearby unit. \
This occurred at 4212 Minnard Court.
When crews arrived, they found smoke and flames coming from the apartment that was vacant.
Calls came in at 9:36 p.m.
No one was injured.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
