Myles Henderson’s Live VIPIR Forecast
Not as hot… Expect another warm and muggy start this morning with temperatures near 80 but it will be a bit “less hot” this afternoon. Highs today will reach to near 90 with a heat index in the mid to upper 90s. Still hot, but not as extreme as the past few days. Expect partly cloudy skies today with an afternoon/evening shower or storm possible. Our chances for showers and storms will go up on Saturday as an area of low pressure slides through the region. Highs will dip into the mid 80s this weekend. We will return to a very summer-like pattern next week with highs near 90 and scattered storm chances.
