Norfolk, Va. – They say when it rains it pours, and that’s the fear tonight as the possibility of inclement weather moves towards the Norfolk Waterfront Jazz Festival.
Event organizers have moved tonight’s concert to the Norfolk Scope located at 201 E. Brambleton Avenue.
The Festival will still start at 5:00 p.m. honoring all Saturday ticket holders. Due to the location change, no chairs or personal coolers will be allowed into the Scope arena.
