Saturday’s storms are bringing heavy rain, flooding and hail to Hampton Roads. There is a Flash Flood Warning in effect for Virginia Beach until 10 p.m.
A funnel cloud was also reported in Virginia Beach near Little Creek. A National Weather Service employee reported seeing it just before 6 p.m.
