Yorktown, Va. - Local football coaches learned some techniques to make the sport a little bit safer. USA Football hosted a Heads Up football camp to show coaches how to recognize a concussion, how to properly fit helmets and shoulder pads, how to safely tackle and even how to deal with heat exhaustion.
