Norfolk, Va. – Emergency dispatchers tell us that an 8-year-old boy was hit by a car Sunday afternoon.
They say he was riding his bike in the 800 block of Pecan Point Road around 5:00 p.m. when he was hit by a moving vehicle.
He only suffered a few scratches and bruises.
