Update: The 5200 block of Blackwater Road between Head River Road and Black Water Loop has reopened and the tractor trailer has been cleared.
Virginia Beach, Virginia – The 5200 block of Blackwater Road is closed between Head River Road and Black Water Loop due to a Tractor Trailer stuck in a ditch, according to Virginia Beach Police dispatchers.
The incident happened around 4:00am and no one was injured.
Dispatchers did not have an estimated time for the road to be reopened.
