Police searching for man who robbed Hampton Burger King

The suspect is described as a black male, 6’2-6’3, slim build, last seen wearing a white hair net concealing the lower portion of his face, a black hoodie with “Henry Tires” printed on the front, and black jeans.

Hampton, Va. – Hampton police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who robbed the Burger King in the 3400 block of West Mercury Blvd. Sunday morning.

At around 7:47 a.m. the man entered the Burger King and demanded money at gunpoint.

After taking an undisclosed amount of cash the suspect ran away. No injuries were reported.

The suspect is described as a black male, 6’2-6’3, slim build, last seen wearing a white hair net concealing the lower portion of his face, a black hoodie with “Henry Tires” printed on the front, and black jeans.

Anyone with information that will assist police is encouraged to contact the Hampton Police Division at 727-6111 or the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.

Tipsters can also send an anonymous tip via text message to the CrimeLine by texting “HAMPTONPDTIPS plus your tip” to 274637 (CRIMES). Crime Line callers remain anonymous and never appear in court. If a Crime Line call results in an arrest, the caller is eligible for a reward up to $1,000.
