Virginia Beach, Va. – The North Landing Bridge was stuck open for about three hours Thursday morning, according to Virginia Beach Police.
Police closed the bridge for several hours, rerouting traffic to Centerville Turnpike, Elbow Road and Indian River Road.
Around 12:10 p.m. Thursday afternoon the Bridge reopened to all traffic.
