Norfolk, Va. – The Norfolk Police Department is investigating a suspicious package on Colley Avenue.
Around 3:00 p.m., traffic was diverted at 20th Street and Colley Avenue.
Police and Fire and Rescue crews are still on the scene and area businesses have been evacuated.
Officials sent in a robot to disrupt the package. A blast of water was sent into the package to determine the contents.
