Suffolk, Va. – A 36-year-old man is in custody after police say he stabbed another man.
On Friday September 4, a man claims he was walking to a party around 10:30 pm when he and Ruyan Cornelius Clark got into an argument. Police say the two knew each other.
The victim says things turned physical but didn’t seek medical treatment. Police were not told about the incident until the day after.
Clark faces two charges including Felonious Assault and Shoot, Cut, Stab or Wound in Commission of a Felony.
