Virginia Beach, Va. – Police are have identified a man who robbed a 7-11 on September 22.
Police say that at around 10:39 a.m., Andrew Scott Luchard came into the 7-Eleven at Indian River Road and MacDonald Road and demanded money.
Luchard has also been identified as the suspect of a robbery of Wells Fargo on College Park Square.
Luchard left the store with an unknown amount of money.
Police told NewsChannel 3 that no weapon was implied in the robbery.
Authorities say Luchard seemed to be intoxicated and possibly homeless.
