Elizabeth City, N.C. – Police are looking to question a man who has been identified as a possible suspect of a serious assault.
The assault happened between 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Police say 27-year old Tavarr Spence Griffin should be considered armed and dangerous.
