Virginia Beach, Va. – If you’re in the mood for praise, then a Virginia Beach church will show you the way!

On Sunday, October 11, beginning at 2 p.m., over 1,600 Catholic community leaders and parishioners will participate in the Fourth Annual Traditional Eucharistic Procession , in an effort to conform people’s lives and pray for our country, as well give thanks for keeping residents safe during another storm season.

Starting at the Star of the Sea Catholic Church, the Procession will travel along oceanfront Boardwalk in Virginia Beach to the 24th Street Stage for Adoration and Benediction. Following these proceedings, short meditations by a couple of local parish priests will occur, followed by the Procession traveling back to Star of the Sea Catholic Church.

Rosaries, litanies, hymns and other traditional Catholic prayers will be offered along the way for all special intentions. The address for Star of the Sea Catholic Church is 1404 Pacific Avenue, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451. Worshippers are encouraged to arrive at the church by 1:30 p.m.
