Virginia Beach, Va. - Police are searching for two men who they say tried to entice children in one Virginia Beach neighborhood on Tuesday.

This happened in the evening at around 5 p.m. at the Glennwood subdivision in the 3700 block of Castlewood Drive.

"I was thinking that I was going to get kidnapped, but instead I didn't because I pray every night," said Jordan. The 8-year-old says one of the men started walking to him. "He was looking at me with a hard stare and he came right at me and I ran inside the house."

Neighbors say the men were also trying to talk to two young girls. The driver asked the girls, "Hey guys -- come here. Come to my car. Come here," said Melissa, a mother who was outside at the time. She asked that her full name not be used.

Officers say the two men are described as between 20-30 years-old and the driver was heavyset.

The driver was wearing a grey vest, jean shorts and a red bandanna on his head. The vehicle was described as having damage to the front bumper and a yellow tree air freshener.

The vehicle has been seen in the area before authorities say.

Police were not able to get the license plate number.
