Portsmouth, Virginia - Residents were forced from four units in a downtown Portsmouth building after an early morning fire Thursday.
The fire started shortly after 1:30am at a duplex in the 700 block of Dinwiddie Street near County Street.
No one was hurt in the fire.
Fire officials have not said how the fire started.
