Chesapeake, Va. – Chesapeake Police are looking for a man in connection to a shoplifting and assault incident that occurred in the 1500 block of Sams Circle.
Police say on September 5th, the man left a department store with nearly $125 in clothing. As he was attempting to leave the store, an employee of the business approached him. The man assaulted the employee in order to flee the area.
