Portsmouth, Va. – Police are looking for a man who they say robbed the Dragon City Chinese restaurant in Portsmouth on Wednesday night.
The restaurant is located in the 3200 block of Academy Avenue.
Dispatchers were notified about the incident at 9:38 p.m.
No one was injured.
