Norfolk, Va. – Dispatchers received calls about a vehicle accident at the intersection of 26th Street & Granby Street around 4:45 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
Upon arrival, crews found a vehicle overturned.
While an occupant did receive help getting out of the vehicle, Police are not ruling this an entrapment.
No injuries were reported.
