Chesapeake, Va. – Crews had to shut down traffic after an accident in Chesapeake on Monday night.
Dispatchers tell NewsChannel 3 that this happened on the bypass northbound at the Kempsville Road exit at Battlefield Boulevard South.
The Southbound lane is blocked from Mount Pleasant Road to Battlefield.
Police say non-life threatening injuries were involved.
