More rain but not as soggy… We will see cloudy skies again today but with scattered showers. Rain will not be as widespread as yesterday with much lower rainfall totals. Highs will linger in the upper 60s and low 70s today. Skies will clear for Wednesday with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
A weak cold front moves in on Thursday. It will mix in a few extra clouds for the afternoon hours but rain chances will be limited. Behind the front, temperatures will fall. Expect plenty of sunshine this weekend with highs only in the 50s.

Tropical Update
Tropical Storm Kate now moving away from the Bahamas. It is centered about 280 miles NNE of the Northwestern Bahamas and about 695 miles WSW of Bermuda. Kate is moving north at 17 mph and is expected to turn NE and move faster over the next few days. Maximum sustained winds are near 60 mph and some strengthening is expected. Kate could become a hurricane by Wednesday. TS Kate will remain off of the U.S. East Coast today before moving out into the Atlantic near Bermuda.
