Norfolk, Virginia – An HRT bus and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of St Paul’s Boulevard and Brambleton Avenue just before 5:00am.
An HRT supervisor tells NewsChannel 3 that a vehicle tried to run through a red light when the accident happened.
The driver of the truck was issued a summons.
