Virginia Beach, Va. – A crash on Interstate 264 in Virginia Beach is causing some big backups.
The right three lanes are blocked on 264 EB near Witchduck Rd. The exit ramp at 17A is also blocked.
Expect delays between Newtown Rd. and Independence Blvd.
