Virginia Tech head coach Frank Beamer went out with a win for his final regular season game.
The Hokies beat the Cavaliers 23-20 Saturday as they took on UVA in Charlottesville.
It's the Hokies twelfth straight win over the Cavaliers.
This was Beamer's final regular season game after 29 seasons at Tech.
The win means Tech will go to a bowl game for a 23rd straight season.
