Portsmouth, Va. – Police have released security camera video of two men who attempted without success to break into the Cigs and Sodas store at 3810 George Washington Highway on November 11th.
The two men are seen walking past the storefront, then returning and attempting to smash in the door with a cinder block.
After a few swings at the door the men drop the block and run away.
