Provide routine individualized healthcare such as elderly, or persons with disabilities at the patient’s home. Monitor for safety and other health related conditions with report of mental, physical changes in health status. Provide ALD/IADL needs: personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming of patient, meals and hydration, assist to MD appointments. Home Health Services located in the Tidewater areas of Norfolk, Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, some area of the Eastern Shore soon.
Health Education Training available for hire.
