Portsmouth, Va. – Police need your help to find a 26-year-old Portsmouth man who has been reported missing.
They are looking for Al-Tariq K. Tynes. His family has not seen or heard from him since December 10th.
They say this is very unusual for Tynes because they normally hear from him every day.
Tynes is a black male with dark brown eyes and black hair. He stands approximately 6’2” tall and weighs 195 pounds. Al-Tariq was last seen driving a gold 1996 Lexus 4-door sedan with Virginia Tags of VKR-1957.
