Norfolk, Va. – Fire Rescue units were dispatched to a crash involving an overturned tractor trailer around 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
Units found the driver of the tractor trailer pinned inside of the cab. The semi part of the trailer was on its side.
Crews were able to get the driver out of the car using special cutting tools.
I-564 west at the Terminal Boulevard exit is currently closed.
Police and VDOT are on the scene and Virginia State Police are investigating the crash.
