Suffolk, Va. - Anthony Joseph McClain, 54, was arrested on sex charges on December 14, 2015 following a direct indictment.
He's charged with 15 counts of aggravated sexual battery, 5 counts of indecent liberties/parent or guardian, and incest with a child 13-17 years old.
McClain has his own website -- where he says he's a pastor who held church services out of his home.
It's at that same home where the court documents say he sexually abused a minor for several months last year.
Police say the abuse happened at a home in the 100 block of Kings Highway in Suffolk.
According to court documents, the pastor admitted to a detective "temptation got the best of him."
Most of the rest of the interview is too graphic to share, but at one point, McClain said the victim initiated the sexual relationship.
He is being held at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
