Portsmouth, Va.-A 49-year old woman was seriously injured after she was shot in the chest during a home invasion on Wednesday night.
She is now in critical condition.
Officers say this happened in the 2100 block of Queen Street.
The woman was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
Police say three unknown suspects were seen getting into a car leaving the area.
