Thousands of customers were without power on Monday after a goose flew into a wire on Indian River Road and Military Highway causing it to burn to the ground.
Crews quickly restored everyone around Hampton Roads. There were over 63,000 without power in Hampton, 99,000 in Norfolk, and 43,000 in Portsmouth.
No other details were released.
