Newport News, Va. – A man was shot in the foot on Monday evening, but police do not know who pulled the trigger. They say the victim did not cooperate and drove himself to the hospital after the incident.
At around 8:09 p.m., police were called about the incident.
Police say the 27-year-old victim was shot in an apartment complex in the Southeast section of Newport News
No crime scene was located and no suspect information was provided.
