Another step warmer… Temperatures will start in the 30s this morning, with most locations above the freezing point. Watch out for a few icy spots inland, closer to I-95. Highs will warm into the upper 50s this afternoon. Expect sunshine this morning with clouds building in this afternoon. An isolated shower is possible today but most of us will stay dry.

Rain chances will increase for Wednesday as a cold front moves in. Temperatures will fall from the mid 40s to the mid 30s on Wednesday. We could see a few snowflakes mix in late Wednesday or Thursday morning but little to no accumulation is expected. An area of low pressure will slide off of the NC coast on Thursday. The exact track of the low will impact our cloud cover and rain chances. Closer to the coast means more clouds and rain, farther away means fewer clouds and little to no rain. Skies will clear and temperatures will warm up for the weekend.

Today: Partly Cloudy, Isolated Showers(20%). Highs in the upper 50s. Winds: SW 5-15

Tonight: Mostly Cloudy, Isolated Showers(20%). Lows in the mid 40s. Winds: SW/W 5-10

Tomorrow: Mostly Cloudy, Scattered Showers(60%). Temps falling into the 30s. Winds: NW 10-15
