Portsmouth, Va. – A man has been taken to the hospital after he crashed into the back of a home in Portsmouth on Friday.
Police say a man was driving a light colored Chevrolet van when he ran off of the road and hit the house. This happened at 30 Claremount Drive.
Officials believe he may have suffered a possible medical emergency.
The driver is now in Maryview Hospital.
There is no information available about his current condition.
