Virginia Beach, Va. – Part of Virginia Beach Blvd. is closed while crews work to repair a 16-inch water line.
The repair is taking place between Witchduck Rd. and Aragona Blvd.
The two left eastbound through lanes are expected to be closed until about 5 a.m.
