San Francisco, Calif. Broncos, Panthers, Steelers, Dolphins, and even Redskins fans are representing their favorite teams at Super Bowl City.
Even California natives showed their pride in different teams across the nation.

"Growing up, you know you had the [49]Niners and the Raiders around here," said Naveed Bhatti. "And I watched the Steelers play the Raiders and they lost because back in the day they were pretty terrible, but I loved the way that they played with so much heart."

A sort of melting pot of teams are in California with even a few Miami Dolphins fans spotted in the crowd.

"We try and hit a game every year," said one California resident. "We've been to Miami a few times and now I'm passing it on to this little guy."

And we can't forget the Redskins' long-time rival, Dallas Cowboys.

DJ Thomas, who is from Valley Spring, California, told NewsChannel 3 his love for the Cowboys is all because of his grandparents who live in Corpus, Christie, Texas.

"They would send me a lot of stuff in the mail, and it just grew on me," Thomas said.

At the end of the day, fans from teams across the league come together for one reason: Super Bowl 50.
