Police seek possible witness to Virginia Beach abduction

Virginia Beach, Va. – Police are need your help in finding a possible witness to an abduction.

The abduction happened on February 1 around 1:30 a.m. in the 1100 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard.

Police think the witness, a black male, spoke with four suspects who were standing outside of their car, a light colored 4-door vehicle that appeared to be disabled. Authorities think the encounter happened between 1:30 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. in areas of Oceana Gardens or Hilltop South.
