A Valentine’s Day dessert you can do at home from Chef John Patrick Telfer.
White Chocolate Raspberry Crème Brulee with Macerated Fruit
Ingredients:
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 Whole Egg
- 2 Oz Sugar
- 1 Cup of Whole Milk
- 3 Oz White Chocolate
- 1 tsp Chambord
Procedure:
Gently heat milk, and combine egg yolks, egg and sugar in a bowl. Slowly pour in milk and melted white chocolate and Chambord.
Recipe for Berries:
Ingredients:
- Cup of Assorted Berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 Tbl Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Grand Marnier
Procedure:
Combine all ingredients and let sit for 30 minutes.
