Chesapeake, Va. – Firefighters were called to a house fire in the 3100 block of Martin Johnson Road in the Deep Creek section of the city just before 11:30 a.m.
When crews arrived, they saw smoke coming from a single family home.
The fire was under control at 11:47 a.m.
The house was under renovations when the fire happened. The homeowners have made other housing arrangements.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
No one was hurt.
