Hampton, Va. – Police and fire-rescue crews responded to a hazmat situation in the 100 block of Cynthia Drive on Feb. 17.
Hampton Police officers were called to the scene around 1:45 a.m. When the officers arrived, they found an unknown substance outside of the residence.
The Hampton Fire-Rescue Hazmat Team responded to the scene and collected the substance for testing purposes.
The items seized are consistent with things used to make meth.
Mary J. Toole, 30, was arrested and charged with one count of Manufacturing Methamphetamine.
She is being held at the Hampton City Jail.
